Self Help Guides

Sometimes we just need a little bit of help to cope, even simple things may be of value.  Here are a few suggestions to get you started:

  • Be good to yourself - smile in the mirror

  • Try one minute of meditation

  • Do something you love

  • Be mindful and look up to the sky for a minute or two - it can lighten your mood

  • Talk to someone

  • Avoid stimulants

  • Take 5 minute brakes during the working day

  • Aid sleep by changing pillow or bed direction.  Establish a good bed time routine.
