Sometimes we just need a little bit of help to cope, even simple things may be of value. Here are a few suggestions to get you started:
Be good to yourself - smile in the mirror
Try one minute of meditation
Do something you love
Be mindful and look up to the sky for a minute or two - it can lighten your mood
Talk to someone
Take 5 minute brakes during the working day
Aid sleep by changing pillow or bed direction. Establish a good bed time routine.
CRUSE - help with bereavement
